Rose City Strength is a “key club” style facility, meaning that the gym is unstaffed and each member has independent access to the building (via either the smart lock on the door or a physical key). Using a shared calendar members schedule one-hour training times during which they have exclusive use of the gym. Training times can be set to recur weekly. Weekday hours for members are 3pm-6am and all day on the weekends. There is no limit to the number of visits per week.
